West End Properties LImited has carried out the upgrading of a number of existing single tenement flats in Glasgow as well as more recently, conversion of blocks of unoccupied offices to residential properties at Water Lane (4 flats) and currently Grange House (15 flats) as well as adopting a Car Parking facility all in the centre of the town of Kilmarnock. It is our intention to utilise both the experience and knowledge of the team to continue on this path to both retain and dispose of future residential properties after competition of the upgrading and redevelopment works
